How much does it cost?

Does it work if we have more than one location?

Yes. Every branch — hours, capacity, staff — is managed under one account, and reports can roll up across all of them or split by branch.

Can members pay for their membership online?

If you enable online payment, yes — members buy and renew from the app. If you'd rather keep payments at reception, that works too; nothing forces online payment on.

What happens if a member forgets to check out?

The system automatically checks them out overnight (between 1am and 4am) if it's been more than 3 hours since check-in, and the attendance log marks it as system-closed rather than self-reported — so your records stay accurate without staff chasing anyone down.

Is our data backed up?

Yes, encrypted backups of the database and stored files are taken off-host daily, so a server failure doesn't mean losing your records.

What languages does the app support?

Bosnian and English, for both staff and members — matching this website.
